We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Fund Governance Specialist to join our Alternative Investments Team. As a key member of our Legal Fund Governance Department, you will be responsible for providing in-house legal advice on all alternative fund-related topics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating documents related to the launch and amendments of alternative investment funds and their special purpose vehicles.
  • Reviewing documents in connection with securitizations.
  • Negotiating transaction agreements.
  • Providing in-house legal advice on assets held by alternative investment funds.
  • Steering legal topics and projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree.
  • At least three years' experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry or a credit institution.
  • Strong teamwork, motivation, reliability, resilience, and service-oriented skills.
  • Organizational talent, personal initiative, and ability to develop solutions independently.
  • Fluency in German and English.
