Job DescriptionThe Associate Director – Tax will be responsible for managing a portfolio of investment projects, coordinating tax due diligence processes, and providing tax intelligence to drive business growth. They will work closely with external tax advisors and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Manage a portfolio of investment projects in various jurisdictions, from acquisition to disposal.
- Coordinate tax due diligence processes for new acquisitions and disposals.
- Provide tax intelligence to anticipate regulatory changes and drive restructuring efforts.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Tax, Economics, Finance, or Business Law, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the tax department of an investment management company, consulting firm, or accounting firm.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's degree in Tax, Economics, Finance, or Business Law.
- Relevant experience in transactions of minimum 5 years within the tax department of an investment management company, consulting firm, or accounting firm.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; any further foreign language is a plus.
- Demonstrate commitment and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, rigorous, and able to multitask.
- Identify priorities and respect deadlines.
