Tax Compliance Specialist

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of entities across EMEA, with a strong focus on Luxembourg.
- You will be responsible for preparing quarterly tax provisions in accordance with US GAAP, including current and deferred tax calculations.
- Manage tax forecasts and effective tax rates to ensure accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Closely coordinate with local tax advisors on all compliance activities, such as tax returns, withholding tax, transfer pricing, CbC reporting, and Pillar II requirements.
- Evaluate tax implications associated with restructurings, refinancing, and entity liquidations.
- Foster ongoing training and facilitate knowledge-sharing on tax matters within the accounting team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in direct taxation in Luxembourg.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or ability to adapt quickly to similar tools.
- Substantial experience with US GAAP accounting standards.
- A solid understanding of EU tax legislation and OECD guidelines (considered a valuable asset).
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
