We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support representative to join our team at EuroDNS.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

You will act as an escalation point for junior agents, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure that complex customer concerns are resolved efficiently.

Your primary focus will be on delivering expert-level support for domain-related questions and issues, explaining complex concepts in simple terms to help customers navigate the domain name registration and management process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to resolve domain-related issues.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies to provide the best advice to customers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and FAQs for internal and external use.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the domain name, hosting, or technology industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing and resolving complex customer issues, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior staff members.
  • Advanced knowledge of domain name registration, DNS management, web hosting, and email services.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools, such as CRM software, ticketing systems, and live chat platforms.
Salary and Benefits
