Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated at €120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job DescriptionThe IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems.
This role requires a deep understanding of VMware vSAN and hybrid cloud environments, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of IT professionals.
You will report to the Head of IT Operations in Luxembourg.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and managing the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services.
- Overseeing and maintaining VMware vSAN environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Developing and executing strategies for hybrid cloud integration, leveraging both on-premises and cloud resources.
- Leading a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
- Maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures to protect IT assets and data.
- Managing vendor relationships related to IT infrastructure.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong expertise in VMware vSAN, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments (e.g. Azure) and cloud integration strategies.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, virtualization, and containerization solutions.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Certifications in the field of Virtualization (VMWare), Microsoft Windows and Azure ecosystem would be an asset.
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, ...).
Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
