Financial Analyst Position
The ideal candidate will analyze financial and non-financial data to support the communication of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- You will be responsible for monitoring progress and changes, keeping the Management informed about the current financial status of Enovos Luxembourg and its subsidiaries.
- Your tasks include supporting the monthly accounting activities in collaboration with the accounting department, helping to prepare the Business Plan of Enovos Luxembourg and supporting different entities in the annual budgeting and planning process.
- You will also support the set up and maintain the analytical accounting structure in SAP, ensuring transparency and data quality.
- In addition, you will work on the automation and digitization of the monthly controlling processes, contribute to the development of new IT solutions in the context of management reporting.
- You will prepare reports/presentations for the executive committee and shareholders and handle special projects as needed.
Education:
- You hold a university degree in economics, finance or any related field. A combination with a quantitative subject like computer science or financial engineering is considered an asset.
Experience:
- A strong background in working with large data sets or programming will be highly valued.
- Previous experience in a similar function or in the energy sector will be considered an asset.
Skills:
- You have a good knowledge of Excel and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Experience in SAP, especially S/4HANA, is highly regarded.
- You possess strong analytical skills, are organized, focused on quality and able to identify and solve problems.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Good knowledge of French, German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered an advantage.
