About the Role

FANUC Europe Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our European Supply Chain and Operations Team. As a key player in our end-to-end process, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of our products to customers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in order promising and re-promising activities to provide accurate delivery date calculations
  • Investigate and resolve subsidiaries' queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Contribute to the planning of customization work orders for robots, robomachines, and CNCs
  • Communicate and address detected issues with subsidiaries
  • Provide support in licensing and software report processes
  • Report any process disturbances that may impact order delivery dates
  • Participate in improvement processes in collaboration with other teams
  • Assist in reporting activities and KPIs
  • Support in creating reports by collecting and analyzing data
Requirements
  • First experience in supply chain & logistics, including order processing and inventory management
  • Analytical mind and structured work approach
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Hands-on, fast learner, and able to learn 'on the job'
  • Multi-national / -cultural, open-minded, customer-focused, and strong business orientation
  • Effective communication by clear articulation and emphasis with stakeholders
  • Proactive approach by taking initiative and drive tasks with guidance
  • Certain knowledge of an ERP system
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
