We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Forecasting Analyst to join our team at Enovos Luxembourg S.A. and contribute to the company's mission to shape the energy transition in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and operate energy data models for sales activities, ensuring accurate demand and renewable energy forecasting.
- Monitor and validate data quality, including customer portfolios and weather data, to ensure reliable insights.
- Develop and implement forecast methodologies and processes for renewable energy producers and consumers.
- Coordinate projects related to energy data handling and support the development of IT systems and interfaces.
- Calculate financial aspects of forecasts and identify opportunities to reduce sales costs and mitigate risks.
- A master's degree or similar in Data Analytics, Engineering, Environmental Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Data Management, Data Analytics, or Environment.
- Knowledge of energy management systems and markets is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with processes and numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player with a high level of engagement, initiative, and proactivity.
- Ambitious, autonomous, flexible, and willing to bring new ideas to the table.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with German and Luxembourgish being an advantage.
