Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SUPPLY CHAIN EXPERT to join our team. This role will be based in Dudelange, Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers, plants, and sales representatives to meet special order requirements.
- Maintain daily follow-ups on open orders, ensuring on-time deliveries and managing call-off agreements and consignment warehouses/inventories.
- Provide daily communication with customers and sales representatives, offering information on availability and delivery of orders, diverting technical questions to relevant personnel, sharing documents, and proactively addressing customer needs.
- Prepare orders for invoicing after shipments.
- Create and update customer accounts.
- Ensure accurate pricing is applied.
- Resolve customer complaints and requests for service promptly and satisfactorily.
- Handle sample-related CSR activities.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade Relations, or a similar field.
- Previous experience in a client-facing position.
- Service-oriented, quality-focused, and customer satisfaction-driven individual.
- Fluency in Polish and English or French.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- Self-confident, courteous, and able to tactfully handle diverse personalities and problems.
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Word.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €55,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
