**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Professional to join our team in Luxembourg.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead client engagements from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and high-quality service;
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff on audit processes and assess performance for engagement reviews;
- Collaborate with the audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process;
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work closely with client management and staff at all levels to deliver audit services;
- Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve audit-related problems, and provide recommendations for business and process improvements;
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality;
- Attend regular professional development and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audit, Economics, Accountancy, or Finance;
- A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in External Audit, preferably in a Fiduciary in Luxembourg;
- Fluent proficiency in French and English, or German and English (any additional language skills are considered an asset);
- Interest in or completion of a professional qualification (IRE, CA);
- Technical accounting skills with expertise in ISA and IFRS;
- Strong proactivity, rigour, and results-oriented approach;
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and attention to detail skills;
- Willingness to take on responsibilities within the team.
