JobomschrijvingWe zoeken een gedreven en georganiseerde kandidaat die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het ontwerpen, beheren en toezien van effectieve AML-processen en -controles. De kandidaat moet ervaren zijn in het identificeren en beheren van AML-gerelateerde risico's en problemen, evenals het rapporteren en escaleren daarvan.
Het gaat om een rol met veel variatie en onderbrekingen, waarin de kandidaat zal moeten werken aan de verbetering van processen en procedures, evenals het bouwen van relaties met interne en externe belanghebbenden.
Eisen en vaardigheden- Een diploma of gelijkwaardige werkervaring;
- AML-kwalificatie is een pluspunt;
- Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met personeel op alle niveaus;
- Uitstekende beïnvloedingsvaardigheden en adviesvaardigheden;
- Een sterke klantgerichtheid en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;
- Engels is verplicht;
- Talenkennis zoals Spaans, Italiaans of Mandarijn is een voordeel.
