As a key team member, you will be responsible for supporting our Audit Delivery Center in Luxembourg. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, your role will involve project management, communication, and training.

">Job Description

We are seeking an experienced junior to join our team and contribute to the success of our Audit Delivery Center. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Track key performance indicators, assist with planning and finance reporting, and identify industry KPIs related to delivery centers.
  • Communication: Act as a key contact person for audit and assurance teams, facilitate meetings, and provide support with communication, internal procedures, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Evaluation: Contribute to the evaluation of the service provided by delivery centers by collecting and following feedback.
  • Training: Provide training and support to A&A population and delivery center members.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented teams and contribute to delivering high-added-value offerings to national and international clients.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • First relevant professional experience as a Team Assistant or equivalent role (considered as an asset).
  • Adaptability to change and ability to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong IT proficiency especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English.
