Dealing Support Trainee
DescriptionThe Dealing Support department is the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process for all Amundi funds under Luxembourg and French law.
As a trainee in this role, you will be responsible for handling customer requests in various areas:
- Operational Requests: Subscriptions-redemptions, settlement cash, fund characteristics, and miscellaneous information;
- Reporting: Confirmation of operations, publication of position reports, and various reporting;
- Corporate Action: Dividend processing, mergers, removals;
- Customer Complaint Handling: Encoding errors, wrong orders, and incorrect information;
- AML/KYC: Opening accounts, updating legal documentation;
- One-off Missions for projects related to product evolution.
You will work closely with your manager to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Finance or Economics from a Business School or University;
- Proficient English skills and fluent French;
- Knowledge of financial markets and products;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, effective communication, discretion, and flexibility.
