Job Title: Information Security and Governance Specialist
">This is a highly rewarding role that requires an individual with exceptional skills in information security and governance.
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining an IT governance framework that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
- The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to define IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing reports to assess the effectiveness of IT governance is another critical aspect of this position.
- The individual will ensure accurate IT reporting to the Head of IT.
- Risk management is a vital part of this job. The successful candidate must identify, assess, and prioritize risks relating to information systems and digital infrastructures.
- They will implement and monitor risk mitigation plans, carry out impact analyses, and propose solutions to strengthen IT resilience.
- This role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 27001, RGPD, PCI-DSS, and other applicable regulations.
- The candidate will organize and supervise internal and external IT audits and maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of compliance processes.
- Collaboration with cyber security teams is essential to integrate necessary controls into IT systems.
- The individual will identify vulnerabilities and suggest improvements to minimize security risks.
- Training employees in good IT security and compliance practices is another responsibility.
- This role requires strong communication skills to act as a liaison between IT teams, business departments, and senior management.
Your Other Responsibilities:
">- Organizing awareness sessions on IT risks and compliance requirements.
- Preparing regular reports to inform management of progress and potential risks.
- Participating in the integration of new employees.
- Contributing to waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior.
The Ideal Candidate:
">- Must hold a Master's degree in computer science, information systems management, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, are highly desirable.
Requirements and Qualifications:
">- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or in IT risk management, compliance, or information security.
- Experience in project management and coordination with multidisciplinary teams is essential.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
">- Fluent English language skills (B2 minimum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Bonus Points:
">- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, etc.).
- Expertise in IT risk management and cybersecurity.
- Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools.
- Knowledge of security and data protection standards and regulations.
- A valid permanent B driving license is beneficial.
