Our client, a worldwide industrial company, is currently searching for the following profile, based at their headquarter in Luxembourg:
**Shipping Coordinator(M/F)**

**Description de l'offre**:
**Responsibilities**
- Process orders and ensures customer service quality as well as deadlines
- Choose the right carrier in relation with the country, the delivery time, the weight and the cost
- Edit all documents necessary for the successful completion of delivery, handle the tasks related to the Export territories
- Seek a solution to the problems that arise before or during transport as well as on place of delivery
- Give an answer to requests coming from the customers
- Ensure confirmation of orders in the system as soon as loading is done
- Store and archive files
- Gather and forward all the necessary information to the Shipping Supervisor allowing the defined performances follow-up
- Set up a positive and proactive internal communication
- Report any work situation presenting a serious and immediate danger for the employees security or health
- Know and respect the safety instructions
- Pay attention to environment protection
- Perform all other additional projects and duties as assigned by management

**Profil recherché**:
**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Shipping or similar field
- Proven working experience in a similar role within the Industrial sector
- Fluency in French - a good level in English is also foreseen
- PC Literate
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven organizational skills
