Echternach, LU, 6468**WHAT IS THE ROLE? WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?**
- Compile and consolidate Customer Check list data of the Company’s customer database.
- Coordinate with FANUC Europe subsidiaries that information contained in Customer Check list is accurate and up to date.
- Verify content through different channels.
- Input information of Customer Check list in the online database.
- Support the monitoring of Sanctions.
- Other administrative tasks related to Export Controls, such as handling of correspondence and other documentation.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Legal, International relations, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Export controls, Sanctions, and Trade Compliance is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
