**| Your challenges?**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to review software requirements and specifications.
- Define, develop, and document test cases and test plans based on project requirements.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved.
- Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and discrepancies in the software.
- Work closely with development teams to reproduce and resolve identified defects.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing aligns with project goals and timelines.
- Provide regular status updates on testing progress and issue resolution to project stakeholders.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.
- Strong expertise in software testing methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in test case definition and test plan creation.
- Experience with manual and automated testing processes.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of test automation tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance are a plus.
