As Senior Marketing Manager for our European headquarters, counting with 75 employees, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, building customer loyalty, and ultimately increasing sales. You will work closely with various departments such as sales, product development and customer service to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, including digital, social and traditional media channels.
- Lead campaigns from conception to execution, including budget management, content creation and performance measurement.
- Maintain and develop brand identity, including branding materials and brand presence across all channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and support sales strategies.
- Market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and recognize strategic opportunities.
- Organize events and trade show participation to promote the brand and its products.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external agencies, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead & manage the marketing team.

**Skills / Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing position, ideally in the porcelain or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling brand messages.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analysing data to support decision making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal. French would be an asset.
