**Deine Herausforderung**
- Durchführen der täglichen Risikoüberwachung, Anlagegrenzkontrollen und Erwerbbarkeits-voraussetzungen von Finanzinstrumenten und - sofern notwendig - Eskalation der Ergebnisse mit einer Berichtslinie zur Abteilungsleitung und der Geschäftsführung
- Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Regelungen aus dem schriftlich fixierten Risiko Management Prozess (“RMP”) inklusive Weiterentwicklung und Verbessrung des RMP
- Permanentes Überwachen und Verbessern der relevanten Prozesse und Weisungen
- Erstellen von Risiko Reports für die Geschäftsleitung und den Verwaltungsrat der Gesellschaft und der Produkte
- Vorbereitung von Reportings an Aufsichtsbehörden unter Beachtung von Fristen und Inhaltsanforderungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Parteien, wie Investment Managern, Administratoren, Fonds-Prüfern
- Begleitung von Kunden on-boarding Projekten und Fonds-Neugründungen/-übernahmen
- Teilnahme an Risiko bezogenen Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen
- Unterhalt und Aktualisierung der relevanten Dokumentationen und Prozessbeschreibungen

**Dein Profil**
- Erfahrungen in der Ausführung von Risikomanagement Tätigkeiten und den spezifischen regulatorischen Anforderungen an Investmentfonds
- Akademischer Abschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifizierung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Mathematik, Statistik, Finanzwirtschaft
- Relevante Weiterbildungen/Qualifikationen von Vorteil (z.Bsp. FRM, CFA, CAIA)
- Team-Fähigkeit und Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren lokalen und internationalen Einheiten
- Kenntnis der UCITS und AIFMD Direktiven, ESG/SFRD/Taxonomie Verordnung sowie der Natur und Funktionsweise von Finanzinstrumenten, speziell von Derivate-Produkten und alternativen, illiquiden Investments (Private Equity, Real Estate)
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Präsentation von gewonnen Informationen
- Fähigkeiten zu Multitasking und Priorisierung von Tätigkeiten
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office Produkten, ganz speziell starke MS Excel Erfahrung
- VBA Programmierung Erfahrung oder ausbau-fähige Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Perfekte mündliche und schriftliche Verständnis
- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
