TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of Talent Management & Workforce Planning, the Manager Talent Attraction will lead a team (5 employees).
The Manager Talent Attraction will be accountable for external and internal hiring, lead projects, and work closely with the wider HR team to drive internal mobility from across the company.
Task responsibilities:
- Manage the team for the day-to-day activities (e.g. distribution of tasks and workload amongst the team)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for employees of the Headquarters in Luxembourg
- Recruit profiles across all divisions of the company e.g. maintenance and engineering, global logistics, flight operations, finance, corporate
- Revise and improve recruitment procedures and techniques
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, recruitment events, school visits
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment related projects
- Maintain accounts and post positions on pre-selected recruitment sites
- Manage the annual recruitment budget, e.g. advertisement costs, events, job fairs
- Support the development of the Employer Branding concept & strategy together with the Vice-President Human Resources, with the collaboration of Corporate Communication Department wherever needed
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a recruiter position
- People management experience
- Able to use data to justify decisions and provide advice at every opportunity (e.g. salary benchmarking, size of talent pools, size of market on LinkedIn etc.);
- Proven experience in conducting in-depth interviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and commercial sense, customer oriented and good networking contacts and abilities
- Good organizational skills
- Be people and team orientated and be able to work independently
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory as well as French and/or German. Other languages are a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Knowledge of a recruitment software will be considered as an advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full time permanent contract, based in Luxembourg
- Flexible with working hours
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
