Compliance Specialist

**We are looking for**:
**Compliance Specialist (M/F/x) - Industrial in Echternach**:
On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Echternach (L) we are looking for a Compliance Specialist in the industrial / technical environment. You are responsible for **Corporate Compliance** and** Trade Compliance & Export Control**.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

Our client is a renowned company in the automation industry and is one of the world market leaders.

**Your tasks**:

- Participate in developing the corporate compliance framework, including but not limited to Code of Conduct, compliance policies & guidelines
- Participate in the development of the company policies repository and work with the various stakeholders for the policy management process
- Manage the Compliance e-learning courses as well as the relationship with the provider
- Provide ad-hoc support
- Contribute to screening processes of transactions and business partners, involving subsidiaries and mother company
- Apply, maintain, and report on special internal procedures
- Manage Export licenses
- Support subsidiaries and mother company with Export Controls inquiries
- Participate in the enhancement of our compliance program

**Your profile**:

- University degree in business administration or any related field
- Previous experience working in an international environment
- Understanding of operational business processes
- Ability to identify and assess relevant issues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Fluent in English (oral and written), any other European language is seen as an asset
- Customer-centric and strong business orientation
- Proficiency in MS office
- Team worker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Multinational/cultural open-minded
