We currently work in three main area: Mobile Networks, Electric Vehicle Charging and Fibre.

About the Role:
The Infrastructure Surveyor will be tasked with site searching, scoping potentially suitable locations for infrastructure such a mobile phone masts, Outdoor Advertising, Electric Vehicle charging points alongside any other types of infrastructure in line with Customer requirements.

**The Infrastructure Surveyor will also be responsible for**:

- Reporting to clients using their online tools (databases)
- Finding, retrieving, and interrogating information from client tools/ databases
- Attending internal (peer to peer and manager led) and external training and contributing to training as required
- Reading Leases and Licences to ascertain and report their terms
- Familiarity and working ability with property law as it applies to Leases and Licences, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and the Electronic Communications Code 2017
- Attending working and height and radio frequency awareness external training courses
- Amending Risk Assessment and Method Statement Documents (training provided)
- Attending site survey training and inductions
- Attending site visits with other team members from design, power, and build, and sometimes the Landowner’s representative
- Measuring up of sites (full training provided) and recording site information via sketches, notes, and photographs
- Be responsible for your own and others safety on site (H&S training provided)
- Preferably 2+ Years PQE Experience within the telecoms/Infrastructure environment including researching, analysing, and reporting.
- GSCE Maths & English qualifications as well as a MRICS certification.
- Experience in collating and summarising information from multiple different types of information (leases, drawings, GIS, databases etc.)
- Happy to work in a fast-paced industry/work environment and can cope with delivering time sensitive work.
- Open to travelling to sites and other Solutions30 offices when required.
