**The Opportunity**
The APML Reinforcement Testing Lab is operating a wide range of equipment to characterize physical properties of tire reinforcements and composites. We recently invested into a new test equipment for nondestructive material analysis. The goal of the planned internship project is the commissioning and integration of this new equipment into our laboratory. The intern will participate in job safety risk assessments, in the development of test procedures, and she/he will conduct MSA studies under supervision of her/his coach. The intern will document the results of her/his development work in technical reports and in respective work instructions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct job safety risk assessment
- Commission new test equipment
- Develop test procedures
- Create technical reports and work instructions
**To join our team, you will need**:
**Education**:
- Minimum 2 years of college - engineering school - preferentially electrical engineering.
- A bachelor degree is desired.
**Languages**:
Fluency in English is a must.
**You must be available for 3-6 months & be enrolled in university.**
**Ideal starting date : January 2023
