**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero HQs** in **Luxembourg**, we are currently looking for a **Junior Project Manager Demand Expert** who will report to ‘Demand Expertise’ within the function of ‘S&OP Office and Planning Process Improvement’.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Covering this position, you will be supporting the local Demand Planning in the **adoption and optimization** of the **statistical forecasting tool (Blueyonder/JDA)**. You will be responsible for **monitoring the adoption status **of each market and support them to define a** feasible implementation plan **with close follow up. Moreover, you will initiate and share** best practice** and **standard way of working **related to statistical tool and support the local Demand Planning on **critical technical issue and problem solving. **You will provide **data driven analysis and reporting **to internal and external stakeholders and work together with the BY project team to understand the latest integration plan and support from business perspective. Equally important, you will be responsible for providing input to business referents on data parametrization logics to **support planning-related IT tools development, set-up, functioning & understanding. **You will also support the line management with** integration of BY with other network tools** (Commercial Planning), granting systems coherence and avoiding set-up inconsistencies.
Finally, you will work together with the **Demand Expert Manager** to support the line management on data analysis related to **KPI development and target setting** (SFA, BIAS etc..) and on **Demand Planning professional family** meetings arrangements. You will be responsible for creating materials and documents to **standardize the Demand Planning Process **and support the **change management towards the Group standards.** Lastly, you will provide** training and cascading **ofDemand Planning related functionalities inside APO DP, BW, BI; and work with IT on the ticket investigation raised by local Demand Planning.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **university Degree** in business management, engineering, statistics, mathematics or equivalent, and **1-2 years of experience in planning** environment, in particular in **demand forecasting**.
We will value your **global mindset **and **proactive attitude**, together with your **strong communication and interpersonal skills**.
Your ability to **learn fast and synthesize relevant information** will play a key role for your success in the position. Plus, experience with **Blue yonder (JDA) demand planning module **or other **statistical planning systems **will be an asset for us.
Your **analytical skills **come with your **excellent PC command on MS Office tools** (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint).
