Our client is looking for a Legal and Compliance Manger to join its team on a 12M FTC based in Luxembourg.

The contract will be on a fixed-term basis of one year. The business, a CSSF supervised UCITS management company, AIFM and EuVECA manager, is looking for a manager to assist with maternity cover. You will be a member of the Legal and Compliance team and will provide services to ensure compliance in all business areas. You will collaborate with the other team members and report into the department head.

You will hold a university degree in Law or Audit and an ICA Diploma or similar, 5+ years' relevant finance industry or compliance/internal control experience. Experience in conducting compliance monitoring plan, risk assessments, driving regulatory projects. You will have an excellent understanding and knowledge of European and Luxembourg compliance and AML/CFT related regulation applicable to IFMs and its funds under management (including unregulated funds). A strong understanding and knowledge of AML/CFT regulation and market practices. You will be proficient in English (written and spoken) and another European language would be an asset.
