Test Lead

Sopra Steria is looking for a “Test Lead” for one of our major multi-year multi-million contract in an international organization based in Den Haag, the Netherlands

**Your Mission**:

- You will ensure the quality of delivered products of the development factories from multiple vendors along with all related documentation (test plans, test description document, etc.).
- You will define the test strategy.
- You will analyze the detailed technical and functional requirements.
- You will supervise the writing and execution of both technical & functional test scenarios to validate solutions prior demonstration to key users.
- You will contribute to the definition of the end-to-end tests that business will execute to accept the final solution.
- You will collect the business feedback and follow up the resolution of defects.
- You will define the test automation approach and drive its implementation.
- You are part of a team working in Agile/Scrum mode and you will report to the Program Lead.

**Your Profile**:

- At least 15 years’ experience in IT projects, with 10 years specifically in test activities; you’ve developed a strong knowledge in both the test activities area in IT and their pragmatic implementation in development projects.
- You have a degree in Computer Science and equivalent experience. Master degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- You are dynamic, pragmatic, autonomous and have a committed personality
- Customer-driven with a passion for Consultancy
- You speak fluent English, French/German/Dutch language is a plus.

**Your knowledge/experience**:

- You have experience in test coordination and team leading
- You are customer oriented and you have a proven experience in client facing.
- You have a strong experience in Functional / Non-Functional testing
- You have a good knowledge of Quality Center / Jira XRay
- Experience in the use of automation test tools (UFT/JMeter/Selenium/Tosca) desirable, including creation and execution of automated scripts.
- Experience in the use of Performance testing tool (Gatling / JMeter) and performance testing management (Performance Test Plan, coordination, environment management)
- Methodologies: PRINCE 2, ITIL, Agile Scrum
