**Functieprofiel**:
Purpose:
1. To plan and execute mainly wide load
- and aircraft engine transports all over Europe in accordance with the country specific legislations and EU law regarding driving hours as per the instructions given by clients and the Team Leader.
2. To communicate mainly in English on a good level with clients from quotation stage until transport execution.
3. To communicate with drivers - mainly in English - on all operational matters related to transport execution

Problem Solving:

- Provide guidance and support to drivers in all aspects concerning EU wide load transports
- Solve issues and potential disputes with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Re-planning transport jobs in case of issues or unexpected occurrences (force majeure) possibly without delay or inconvenience for the client

Objectives:
International Outsize & Aerospace transport dispatching and planning:
Planning, execution, optimization, controlling available assets for all jobs on a trip-by-trip basis, as 98 % of all jobs are ‘adhoc’ jobs.

Route planning in accordance with applicable legislation and potential driving restrictions

Scheduling and booking ferries and pilot cars (Europe wide)

Data entry on various port, customs and ferry portals

Customer-facing communication throughout the whole process from request-stage until the job has been finished.

Ensure that internal procedures and protocols are enforced on each and every job.

Manage drivers working hours in cooperation with an internal Resource Control team
