We are looking f a Seni Legal Officer, who has a minimum of 2 years of professional experience and is fluent in both English and German.

You will be wking fully on-site, from the modern office in Schuttrange, Luxemburg.

**What you will be responsible f?**
- Preparing drafts, reviewing, and negotiations of legal documents including financial services contracts and investment fund prospectuses, private placement memanda and offering memanda, and legal publications.
- Preparing drafts, reviewing, and negotiations of documents in connection with the creation and operation of securitization companies.
- Assisting other teams with client-related inquiries, interpreting documents, etc.
- Communicating with external stakeholders: clients, external providers, law companies, and regulaty authities.
- Observing, researching, and reviewing new laws, regulations, and market practices that could have an impact on the company and its business.
- Bachel/Master’s degree in law a similar field.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Background in the field of investment funds, with a focus on real estate, private, debt, and private equity would be preferred.
- Knowledgeable about the Luxembourgish and German legal and regulaty environment concerning investment funds.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of other languages would be beneficial.
