**About the Role**:
As **Internal Communication (IC) Manager - Area International & APAC-MEA**, you will be part of the Group IC team and contribute to its vision of connecting people, ideas and business at Ferrero and beyond through open conversations and consistent messaging.
You will become an active member of a 31-person strong global network of dedicated professionals who manage IC activity for over 46,000 people working for Ferrero, spread over 55 countries and 32 production plants.
At Ferrero, Internal Communication sits as a Center of Expertise in the HR&OI department meaning that you will be involved in many initiatives directly related to deploying the function's People Centricity Strategy.

**Main Responsibilities**:
The IC Manager contributes to creating and implementing internal communication strategies that support our company's priorities with the objective of improving the quality of communication and increasing employee engagement.

In this role, you will ensure the proper circulation of messages through appropriate channels and guarantee consistency and clarity according to the target audience.

You will be a digital ambassador and promote our digital workplace. For the Group Intranet, Forward, you will source and create content and monitor traffic. You will also support other departments and colleagues in their use of Office 365 tools to increase engagement and communication activity.

You will work with internal and external partners to create engaging communication campaigns and materials on institutional, functional and branding topics. You will also be responsible for the coordination of internal events both in person and/or online.

You will monitor all sources of feedback on the employee experience including quantitative and qualitative data from the global employee survey, initiative specific feedback and analytics on the usage of digital workplace tools.

You will be a point of reference for global communication projects for internal stakeholders from HR&OI and other functions.

As part of your responsibility for IC in the International and APAC-MEA Areas, you will be professional head to IC professionals in 10 Regions with whom you will co-create communication strategies and ensure strong alignment of Group and Regional communication activities.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**
- Educational background in communication or a related field;
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in communications and/or HR;
- Experience in FMCG and/or matrix organizations is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong network, relationship management and influencing skills will help you be successful;
- Ability to operate across various levels of the organization;
- You should enjoy working in a multi-cultural and virtual team/organization and have experience in managing others in this context;
- You are able manage, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects in parallel. You should also have an excellent understanding of communication channels and be able to initiate new ideas to improve internal communication at Ferrero.

**IT Skills**
- Confident user of Office 365, in particular SharePoint and Power BI.

**Languages**
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- knowledge of other languages may be useful.
