On behalf of our client, an insurance company located in Luxemburg, we are looking for a "Distribution Officer - Legal Department (M/F/d)".
**Your responsibilities**:
- Acting as ad-hoc control of policies regarding distribution matters
- Following up on corporate changes and M&A requests
- Establishing annual review cycles regarding product oversight governance with agents and brokers
- Overviewing distribution guidelines including product suitability, conflicts of interest, remunerations, etc.
- Providing the legal function to review agreements
- Responsibility for annual due diligence review cycles of partners
- Maintaining library of distribution agreements with agents, brokers, etc.
**Your profile**:
- Degree in Finance, Administration, relevant Law or equivalent degree
- At least 5 years of working experience in a private banking or insurance company
- Full professional fluent in English and French
- Good knowledge of European Law with reference to the European Insurance Distribution Directive
