**Scope and Purpose**:
Responsible for dealing and managing problems related to laws and regulations and supporting internal stakeholders in legal issues ensuring smooth business operations
- Perform various tasks related to legal matters in a company.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters.
- Prepare legal letters, agreements for mergers, acquisitions etc.
- Ensure compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in the bank.
- Study contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the bank's interests.
- Handle lawsuits of the company.
- Report preparation for assessment and presentation before the senior officials.
- Support in preparing negotiation contracts for the company.
- Study lawsuits filed by an individual or other business and find appropriate methods to save and ensure minimum loss to the company.
- Secure company and it's all possessions from any illegal problems.
- Document and keep all the legal documents securely.

**Required Experience**:

- Master degree related to Legal or Finance and/or at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- French: Fluent
- English: fluent
- Italian: good

In-depth expertise in local and european regulations.
Demonstrated experience in Corporate Banking and of the Banking sector in general.
Strong knowledge in Contract law, Corporate law, Commercial law.
Strong technical and writing skills to make comprehensible and intelligible texts of law to non-lawyers.
Good knowledge of financial instruments and investment services.
Good knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, Notes, Power Point).
