**Your role**

- We’re looking for a Business Manager to:
- analyze and formulate concepts, prepare reports, proposals as well as presentations for senior management
- ensure professional and systematic top-down communication
- support senior management in various strategic projects and initiatives
- support senior management on sustainability, risk and impact related requests
- drive change management initiatives forward to support the location strategy
- actively manage initiatives and monitor progress to ensure a timely implementation
- facilitate interaction between the departments with regards to the prioritization of requests
- be actively involved in our people agenda and staff initiatives

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Country Management Team in Luxembourg. Our team is responsible for various different tasks, such as Branch Governance, Business Management, strategic & ad-hoc projects, internal & external communication, as well as the organization of staff initiatives.

**Your expertise**
- previous experience in business management / business development
- a high level of professionalism and integrity
- strong organizational and analytical skills and responding well to work under pressure
- self-motivating and goal-oriented team player, who is eager to take on additional responsibility
- highly focused on internal/external clients and stakeholders
- fluent in German and English. French or any Nordic language would be considered as an advantage
