On a full time, permanent contract
You will be in charge of the Banquet and Seminar department of the hotel. You will be accompanied by an event coordinator, a banquet sales representative, a banquet maitre d' and three chefs de rang.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Manages banquet operations
- Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection
- Provides clear and concise communications to everyone having ownership in the success of the event
- Identifies training opportunities and plans a strategy to accomplish goals
- Ensures and provides exceptional customer service
- Participates in and Leading Banquet teams

High school diploma ; 2 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Fluency in French and English, any other language is an advantage.
- A very good sense of communication and highly developed negotiation skills.
