Product Management
A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Business Line SESAM team.
**Your responsibilities would include**:
- Defining Business Line product roadmap and guiding generic development team to ensure timely introduction of next generation products
- Developing strategic roadmaps and business cases
- Defining standard development cost targets and standard product cost targets
- Coordinating product cost improvement initiatives
- Developing global pricing/margin strategy within the Business Line
- Reviewing and approving business plans, quotes and commercial releases
- Reviewing purchasing plan and manufacturing plan
- Ensure that turnover and margin targets are met
- Generating monthly report assessing current and future situation
**You would need to meet the following requirements**:
- Academic degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in an automotive environment or with sensor technologies (e.g. seat / steering wheel)
- Experience in the functional areas of Business Development, Sales, Marketing or Engineering
- Considerable know-how in strategy development
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Solid analytical, conceptual and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and innovative spirit
- Critical thinking
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is mandatory, French and/or German are considered assets
