**Missions**:
- Le Digital Learning Hub (DLH) est une structure de formation qui offre des formations continues spécialisées pour adultes en Design Thinking, Blockchain, Cybersecurity et Coding.
- La personne retenue sera affectée au Service de la formation professionnelle (SFP) en tant que responsable administratif du Digital Learning Hub.
- Elle assurera la coordination et la gestion administrative des différentes unités du Digital Learning Hub dans le domaine de la finance et des ressources humaines.
- Dans ce contexte ses missions sont les suivantes:
- Organiser, coordonner et superviser au niveau opérationnel les différentes unités du Digital Learning Hub en concertation avec la direction;
- Construire un système de pilotage budgétaire cohérent (planification financière et préparation du budget) du DLH;
- Planifier et préparer les besoins en personnel du DLH;
- Assurer la préparation et gestion administrative des marchés publics;
- Assurer le contact avec les différents partenaires et institutions partenaires du DLH (notamment les fournisseurs, l’Agence pour le développement de l’emploi);
- Préparer un reporting administratif bimensuel au directeur à la formation professionnelle;
- Participer aux réunions de directions bimensuelles pour les points de l’ordre du jour en relation avec ses missions.

**Compétences techniques**
- Avoir d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles dans les trois langues administratives;
- Avoir de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de réflexion;
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants;
- Avoir d’excellentes connaissances de la législation et de la gestion comptable publique.
**Compétences comportementales**
- Avoir d’excellentes capacités en organisation, coordination et en gestion de projets;
- Maîtriser la conduite de réunions;
- Avoir le sens prononcé du contact humain et de la communication;
- Avoir le sens des responsabilités et des priorités;

- Savoir travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
- Être rigoureux, fiable et discret.
**Atouts**
- Expérience professionnelle dans la gestion budgétaire de projets et la coordination d’équipes.

**Diplômes**
Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un master en économie, ressources humaines, gestion de projets ou marketing ou de son équivalent.
**Langues**
Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe A1.
**Nationalité**
Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.
