Accountant for Private Equity Firm
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of interim accounting reporting for group companies
- Review of Annual financial statements for group companies
- Organise and coordinate preparation of financial statements and audits
- Act as main contact with on audit cycles
- Coordinate and monitor preparation of tax returns
- Ensure that statutory filing deadlines are met.
Skills/Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fund administration or Big Four audit firm and understanding of financial reporting process
- Familiar with tax compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent English necessary
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
- Excellent desktop, IT and systems skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong analytical, organisational and coordination skills
- Able to work autonomously
