About L1 Health

L1 Health (“L1H”), launched in 2017, is the dedicated healthcare vehicle of LetterOne. L1H is a long-term active investor with an operator mindset that partners with entrepreneurs and industry executives to invest into long-term and global trends transforming the healthcare industry. With its ability to underwrite holding periods longer than traditional private equity funds, it favours investments with long-term value creation potential that can be built into industry leading and transformative platforms. The team has a global mandate and currently has investments in US and Europe.

Involvement

Primary responsibilities include:

- Perform detailed financial modelling on prospective deals
- Assist on due diligence work streams during executions and selected portfolio company work
- Conduct industry research and analyse target companies
- Prepare analysis and materials for IC meetings, VCP workshops, board meetings
- Provide overall support to the investment team and across portfolio assets

Qualifications

L1 Health seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated and intelligent with an attitude and personality that is grounded in their achievements of previous endeavours:
**Education**:Enrolled or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a top-ranked university

**Experience**:Relevant internships in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, appropriate Corporate roles in the healthcare industry or comparable

**Quantitative**:Strong analytical and technical capabilities with advanced financial modelling skills and, if possible, relevant industry knowledge

**Qualitative**:Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and a genuine interest in gaining industry-specific knowledge

Internship Requirements

Start date: January 2024

Duration: 3 - 6 months

Locations: London or Luxembourg (Visa's required)
