**Job Description**:
We are convinced that a high level of customer service through engaged and knowledgeable staff, together with offering our customers a true store experience, will be our brand’s main success factors. The Visual Merchandise Manager will be a key player in translating our brand vision into an inspiring and outstanding store experience.
As Visual Merchandise Manager you will be responsible for leading your team of Visual Merchandisers in creating an appealing store environment, while never losing focus on providing excellent customer service. You will present our products according to guidelines in an inspiring and curated way. You report to the Store Experience Manager. Some responsibilities include:
- ensure guidelines are implemented correctly and finish on time, through planning and routines
- analyse KPIs together with management team and implement relevant actions
- evaluate level of visual knowledge in your team and perform trainings accordingly
**Qualifications**:
The role requires the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to achieve goals. You are flexible and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution. As a person you are communicative, inspiring and have a positive attitude. You have a genuine interest in fashion, food and culture and you’re able to translate this into relevant creative actions. You have proven leadership skills and a minimum of two years of visual merchandise experience from the retail industry.
You can communicate effectively in French and English (mandatory).
