**Job description**:
We are looking for a Office Clerk to support our accounting team.

You will ensure the accounting administration of the Company and our Germany speaking subsidiaries in relation to client contract management as well as office administration activities.

Specifically, you will:

- Manage the client and sales contract database;
- Initiate Bill runs;
- Point of contact for clients in relation to contracts and billing
- Oversee the follow-up letters and recalls; and
- Communicate with our foreign subsidiaries both in spoken and in writing.
- Recording of Statements
- Supplier communication and relationship maintenance
- other office administrative task (paper file filing, mail collection)

Your mission will also be to assist in various administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.

We offer a 6 mos contract.

**Job requirements**:
Technical skills
- Graduate of or with a background in Clerical work, Business Administration or Book Keeping.
- Excellent working knowledge of **German** and** English** language in both writing and speaking. Knowledge of French would be considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Soft skills- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized and result oriented with a positive attitude towards changes
- Ability to multitask and could prioritize to achieve best result/meet deadlines
- Must be willing to learn and has good attention to detail
