In its ICT Department, Luxembourg Air Ambulance (LAA) as part of LAR Group, is currently looking for:
**Level 1 Support Technician M/F**

Fulltime position and permanent contract

**Overview**:
As a Level 1 Support Technician, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support within the organization. This position involves troubleshooting, resolving basic technical issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient resolution of user concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing initial assessment and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Assisting users with account setup, password resets, and basic system configurations.
- Installing and setting up ICT Hardware.
- Documenting and maintaining records of reported issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborating with team members to escalate complex problems to Level 2 support when necessary.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and training materials for end-users.
- Participating in continuous learning to stay updated with new technologies and best practices in the field.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in providing technical support or customer service in an ICT environment.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows & macOS) and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Very good English language skills (spoken and written), German, Luxembourgish and/or French knowledge is considered as an asset.
