**Compliance Officer (M/F)**:

**Votre mission**

En tant que Compliance Officer vos responsabilités sont principalement liées à la criminalité financière, c'est-à-dire la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent (LCB) et le financement du terrorisme (FT) et la lutte contre la corruption, avec un accent particulier sur LCB/FT.

Vous assisterez le département de conformité dans l'établissement et le maintien de la LCB/FT au sein des entreprises AXA Luxembourg (activités Vie et Non-Vie dont Libre Prestations de Service (LPS)) et AXA Wealth Europe (activités assurance Vie en LPS).

Au sein de la Direction Financière, vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Identifier les normes auxquelles la société est soumise dans l'exercice de ses activités (e.a en LPS) ;
- Soutenir les entreprises AXA Luxembourg et AXA Wealth Europe sur l’implémentation des lois, règlements, règles et normes par le biais de politiques et de procédures ;
- Établir et maintenir le plan de formation sur la LCB/FT pour tous les agents et employés et donner des formations ;
- Identifier, évaluer, mesurer et signaler les risques de LCB associés aux activités commerciales actuelles et futures proposées de la société ;
- Établir l'évaluation des risques de clients (KYC) et traiter les dossiers qui doivent être validés par la Compliance ;
- Traiter les alertes générées par l'outil AML et préparer les déclarations de soupçons aux autorités ;
- Donner des conseils aux métiers, y compris l'interprétation de la manière d'appliquer la réglementation, tout changement réglementaire induisant son impact sur l'entreprise ;
- Assurer la liaison avec l'Association des Compagnies d’Assurance (ACA) sur les questions relatives aux LCB/FT ;
- Superviser les activités AML/TF en veillant à ce que les processus, les procédures et les contrôles soient conformes à la réglementation locale ainsi qu'aux normes et politiques du Groupe ;
- Soutenir le Chief Compliance Officer dans la rédaction de rapports concernant les risques et problèmes actuels et émergents en matière de LCB/FT, avec des mesures d'atténuation et des recommandations.

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en Droit (Bac+4/5) ;
- Vous avez une expérience minimum de 3 années dans une fonction compliance au sein d’une compagnie d’Assurances principalement en LPS et éventuellement en IARD ;
- Vous faites preuve d’un esprit critique et de réactivité et avez une sensibilité aux risques ;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et d’organisation ;
- Vous avez d’excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et une capacité à rendre compte ainsi qu’une capacité à faire adhérer à vos positions ;
- Vous avez une bonne expérience avec l’acceptation des nouvelles affaires et de nouveaux clients (appliquer le KYC) ;
- Votre faculté d’adaptation et votre flexibilité vous permettent d’apprécier les tâches variées ;
- Tout en sachant travailler en autonomie et faire preuve de pro-activité, vous aimez travailler en équipe et instaurer des relations de confiance avec les partenaires internes ;
- La rigueur, l’intégrité et la discrétion vous caractérisent ;
- Vous maîtrisez le Français et l’Anglais ;
- Vous maîtrisez Word - Excel - Powerpoint.
