Tms Implementation

Our client is an industrial and commercial with a strong international presence. The company, which continues to grow with the recent acquisition of a new entity, owns all the real estate on which it operates, creating a very stable and safe environment.

We are recruiting for the finance head office located in Luxembourg city and composed of around 15 employees. In the context of the creation of a cash management role, our client is looking for an expert profile in Treasury Management System (TMS).

You will work alongside the financial controller, the treasury manager and the CFO, whom you will report. You will supervise the implementation and development of a new TMS for the company. It will be used to manage treasury risks and to have an overview of the daily cash management at all time. Although the project has already been thought through with the participation of specialized external consultants, you will actively participate in the decision making process for its development. You will also have the opportunity to develop a small team for this division within 1 to 2 years.

TMS administration and maintenance (40%)

Project Manager for any Treasury Solution implementation

Handle user access requests and regularly review access rights suitability

Ensure the functional training of the solution to each treasury resource of the group

Responsible for the bank connectivity (EBICS/H2H/SWIFT)

Ensure data reliability and their regular update in the treasury systems (bank accounts, counterparty's SSI, etc.)

Participate to data governance project with the IT department (ETL)

Design the Treasury business continuity plan

Day-to-day treasury (30%)

**Achieve day-to-day treasury tasks**: cash management optimization, supervise long term cash requests from subsidiaries

Perform FX/IR dealing operations as per Group Treasury hedging policy and control instruments' valuation

Manage cash pooling operations and relations with participating banks

Supervise current accounts interest calculation and intragroup relations

Control bank fees and initiate negotiation with bank partners

Conduct KYC processes with each banking partner

Liquidity planning and financial risk management (30%)

Enforce short term cash forecasting exercise over geographies and data collection at each due date

Liaise with subsidiaries as part of the gap analysis exercise and assess forecasting exercice's efficiency

Identify liquidity investments tenor and debt reimbursement opportunities through the cash forecast exercise

Monitor all debt covenants and ensure compliance with contractual clauses

Reconcile Treasury budget forecast with direct forecasts in partnership with Controlling on a monthly basis

Work with Controlling on all required quarterly/annually reporting

**Your profile**:
Experience in cash management and financial risks

Experience with TMS and bank communication solutions

Wider Finance abilities, Accounting and/or Controlling experience

**Technical knowledge**: bank communication protocols, system interfacing, file formats

**Operational knowledge**: daily treasury, forecasts, FX and debt

Project management (Agile method)

We will also consider profiles of people without experience in Luxembourg.
