About JPMorgan Tax and Regulatory Operations Luxembourg:
- Provision of shareholder investment tax reporting for Funds administered by JPMorgan such as German, Austrian, Belgian, Swiss, Italian, Danish, UK tax and Asian distribution reporting
- Center of excellence for the preparation and review of daily and Non-daily EMEA tax reporting for all JPM entities globally including Luxembourg and other locations
- Provision of Luxembourg and Dutch Regulatory reporting (CSSF, BCL, Tax d ’abonnement, FTK, MESRAP)
- In charge of the governance and oversight of Tax outsourced providers
- Client relationship and query management for all EMEA Tax and Regulatory matters
- Working with other internal groups in development of new tax, distribution, regulatory services and client onboarding ensuring ongoing compliance of current tax services.
**Responsibilities**:
As Tax and Regulatory Operations Senior Associate you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient delivery of all FA Distributions, Regulatory (eg. CSSF, BCL etc.) and Tax reporting’s (eg. UKRI, GCPR, Belgian Tis, Asian Capital Income split etc. ) on a timely and accurately manner
- Governance of Utility hubs and outsourced service providers including error and KPI’s, RAG monitoring, governance decks and related documentation review and update.
- Setting and continuous enhancement of Tax oversight model and control infrastructure.
- Acting as a technical lead for any project or initiatives globally including new services and Product implementations.
- Contributing significantly to new client onboarding from end to end leading workshops, defining gaps and milestones and putting effective targets in place
- Client & external Auditor relationship in the context of tax, distribution and regulatory reporting service. Communication may be direct with client or via work with internal Relationship & Client Service team.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Tax
- 5 years + experiences in an Advisory, Consulting, Fund accounting, Tax and Regulatory Operations role
- Any previous audit experience in a big 4 company is seen as an asset
- Deep knowledge of main EMEA Tax reporting’s
- Experience in implementing new services and onboarding clients
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Very good understanding of Luxembourg industry with strong knowledge of fund accounting operating models and financial instruments.
- Fluent in English, any other language is seen as an asset
- Excellent inter-personnel & communication skills
