Our **Delta Operations** team is looking for a Chargeback Support Specialist to play a critical role in managing and resolving chargeback challenges.
**The Chargeback Support Specialist will have the following responsibilities**:
- Downloading and organizing chargeback disputes from various banking platforms to ensure systematic handling of cases.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage and filter dispute data, enabling smooth and accurate processing.
- Entering chargeback information into the bank's operation system, maintaining accurate records of each case.
- Conducting detailed searches based on transaction information to match and update relevant chargeback records.
- Creating and diligently maintaining tickets to track the progress and status of each chargeback case.
- Handling non-technical and straightforward chargeback cases with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with banks, marketplaces, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation, invoices, and supporting evidence for each case.
- Carefully adding gathered information to the corresponding chargeback ticket, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Responding to chargeback tickets promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the resolution process.
**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in chargeback support or dispute resolution, demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to perform data manipulation and efficiently utilize filters.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the precise management of chargeback cases.
- Effective communication skills to connect with various parties involved in the chargeback process and provide clear updates on each case's progress.
- The ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines effectively.
- License or Master II qualification in accounting, finance or equivalent.
- English and French speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage.
