rapid growth, already employing more than 75 professionals in two countries.

**About the role**:
As a Fund Services Trainee you will work in a team of bright and motivated individuals to drive the growth
team serving prestigious clients in the alternative investment industry. In that team, you will be mainly
responsible for supporting the timely delivery of fund services via the fundcraft platform while reporting to
a senior associate and a manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the coordination of responses to queries, in a timely and efficient manner,
- supporting the investment process ensuring all documents are input for approval upon receipt,
- assisting with new client onboarding & new fund launches to successful completion,
- helping on the collection, scanning and storing of company and client documents,
- helping in the preparation of documents, templates, clients’ meeting, requested by the leadership,
- liaising with banks, administration and external parties,
- proactively supporting in presentation preparation, and in organizing meetings,
- contributing in the day-to-day activities by helping the team in punctual tasks.

**Must-Have Experience / Qualifications**:
English: fluent level (spoken and written)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Undergoing a Degree in Business, or Finance
- Knowledge of Luxembourg Fund Industry
- Knowledge of French and/or German
