POSTE

Notre client, célèbre promoteur immobilier au Luxembourg est à la recherche d'un nouveau collaborateur pour un démarrage rapide:

- Recherche d'opportunités foncières/immobilières en interagissant avec les acteurs du marché ;
- Évaluation des opportunités sur les plans fiscal, juridique, commercial, architectural et financier ;
- Réalisation d'études de marché et analyse approfondie des projets potentiels ;
- Établissement de la faisabilité d'acquisition (business plan) ;
- Préparation des dossiers de présentation pour les comités internes ;
- Participation à la phase d'acquisition, y compris la rédaction d'offres et la diligence raisonnable ;
- Négociation des conditions d'acquisition et suivi des financements ;
- Collaboration dans la conception du projet, y compris la programmation finale et l'optimisation ;
- Suivi des autorisations nécessaires et du planning de développement ;
- Participation à la phase de commercialisation, notamment la définition de la stratégie et la négociation des conditions de vente/location ;
- Suivi de la construction, y compris le respect du budget, du planning et de la qualité ;
- Mise à jour régulière des faisabilités des projets et préparation des présentations internes ;
- Suivi de l'état du marché et des statistiques économiques ;
PROFIL
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Master (Bac +5) et disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans le secteur de l'immobilier dans une fonction similaire ;
- Vous avez un profil de généraliste et êtes à l'aise dans les matières commerciales, légales, financières et techniques ;
- Vous êtes analytique et organisé mais capable de garder une vue d'ensemble ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'entrepreneur et êtes orienté(e) résultat ;
- Vous aimez le travail d'équipe et savez communiquer et diffuser les informations afin de travailler harmonieusement avec les différents départements ;
- Vous êtes dynamique et savez décider, face à un ensemble de faits, des actions appropriées ;
- Vous disposez de capacité de résistance face aux situations de stress ;
- Vous disposez d'excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles et d'expression orale en français et en anglais ;
