Business Compliance Officer

L'objectif principal de ce poste est de fournir un service professionnel pratique en matière de réglementation à nos clients. Le rôle consistera à s'assurer que les clients respectent les exigences légales et réglementaires en fournissant une approche de gestion de projet pour la création et la maintenance d'une politique de première ligne, d'une procédure et d'une défense cartographiée des processus.

Rôle et responsabilités:
- Assister le responsable des relations dans la tenue des dossiers de diligence raisonnable des clients ;
- Fournir un soutien sonore et des conseils aux clients attribués en ce qui concerne leurs politiques et procédures de première ligne de défense.
- Effectuer des révisions périodiques des politiques et procédures anti-blanchiment des clients et, si nécessaire, s'aligner sur les changements réglementaires ;
- Examiner leurs processus et politiques de conformité avec les réglementations applicables en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme ;
- Si nécessaire, maintenir des procédures écrites appropriées pour assurer la conformité avec la législation, les règlements et les politiques internes applicables, et contrôler le respect de ces procédures ;
- Gérer les problèmes identifiés par le biais de solutions évolutives, efficaces et, si possible, systématisées. (Note : la référence à la gestion de projet signifie être impliqué dans le travail et le suivi jusqu'à la solution, et pas simplement la délégation de tâches à d'autres).
- Être responsable de l'examen des bases de données des clients et en informer le Conseil des clients ;
- Surveiller leur environnement réglementaire et informer le Conseil d'administration en conséquence ;
- Examiner les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) collectés et compiler un rapport solide à déposer et à présenter au conseil d'administration. La fréquence des rapports sera convenue par le Conseil d'administration, mais elle doit être au moins annuelle ;
- Effectuer une vérification annuelle des administrateurs de la société et rédiger un rapport détaillant les observations et les recommandations ;
- Contrôler l'audit annuel interne et externe pour les questions de conformité réglementaire en matière de LBC / CFT ;
- Fournir des plans de formation et de recyclage efficaces aux membres de son personnel sur les questions de conformité et de LBC/FT, et aider à l'accueil des nouveaux employés et au développement continu du personnel ;
- Rester disponible à tout moment pour rencontrer et transmettre des informations aux autorités luxembourgeoises en matière de LBC/FT.
**Profile**
Expérience et compétences requises:
- Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en matière de réglementation applicable en matière de LBC/FT au Luxembourg ;
- Diplôme reconnu ou autre qualification pertinente dans le domaine des services financiers de préférence ;
- Diplôme reconnu ou toute autre qualification pertinente dans le domaine des services financiers de préférence ; Avoir une formation de niveau minimum licence en droit ou en services financiers ;
- Le fait d'avoir déjà été nommé à un poste de RC constitue un avantage certain ;
- La maîtrise de l'anglais, du français et/ou de l'allemand est un avantage ;
- Capacité à structurer le travail de manière logique et efficace dans un environnement sous haute pression ;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, écrite et verbale ;
- Proactif, bien organisé, axé sur les solutions et doté de capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes avérées.
