Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un** Project and Change Manager** parlant **français et anglais.**

**Un profil qui serait le pont relationnel entre les clients et les ingénieurs IT.**

**Vos principales responsabilités**:
**Project management**:

- Analyse des offres reçues / scopes
- Définition des rôles et responsabilités
- Création des plannings
- Reporting client / weekly meetings / suivi projets.
- Discussions techniques / résolution des problèmes avec les équipes techniques.
- Communication avec les fournisseurs (livraison du hardware), reporting PMO pour la gestion du budget
- S'assurer du bon encodage des équipes techniques
- Demande de PCR auprès du client si projet non réalisable avec le budget alloué
- Livraison des projets

**Change management**:

- Encodage des changes (Life cycle de l'encodage à l'approbation) / Maitrise d'ICD & SNOW
- Représentation des changes lors des CAB's avec divers clients
- Suivi des changes avec les équipes opérationnelles (planification)
- Faire en sorte que le process soit respecté par les équipes techniques, et remonter les potentiels soucis auprès du process owner
- Training des équipes techniques sur les outils SNOW & ICD
- Weekly reporting auprès des équipes techniques concernant les changes / PIV's
- Accompagnement patching/TRM.
- Amélioration du process interne change management

**Pré-requis du poste**:
**Votre profil**:

- Forte aptitude à communiquer et à présenter les constatations à des auditoires techniques et non techniques.
- Certification ITIL & compréhension approfondie de la gestion des services.
- Solide connaissance IT et des opérations.
- Gestionnaire d'incident, expérience avec une capacité multitâche efficace.
- Gestion solide des relations
- Expérience en gestion de crise
- Vous avez minimum 7 ans d'expérience en IT dans des rôles techniques opérationnels/de soutien (p. ex. systèmes d'information)
- Aptitude démontrée à coordonner les équipes de travail interfonctionnelles en vue de l'achèvement des tâches
- Extrêmement organisé, attention aux détails, et avec la gestion du temps.
- Compétences en communication orale et écrite à plusieurs niveaux (anglais obligatoire / français apprécié)
