**Description**
De Senior Compliance Officer rapporteert aan het Compliance-team en ondersteunt de Chief Compliance Officer bij de ontwikkeling en handhaving van een sterk compliance-kader binnen de levens
- en schadeverzekeringsentiteiten van onze groep in Luxemburg.
Binnen de afdeling Financiën zijn je belangrijkste taken
- Eigenaar en beheerder van het nalevingsbeleid met de nadruk op, maar niet beperkt tot, anticorruptie, zakelijk gedrag en consumentenbescherming;
- Uitvoeren van relevante risicobeoordelingen inzake naleving en opstellen van actieplannen om vastgestelde risico's te beperken;
- Volgen, onderzoeken en rapporteren van ontwikkelingen in de regelgeving (regulatory watch);
- Advies verstrekken over regelgeving en het bedrijf ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van wijzigingen in de regelgeving, deelnemen aan of leiding geven aan regelgevingsprojecten;
- Het uitvoeren van gap-analyses en ervoor zorgen dat de lokale processen in overeenstemming zijn met de normen en regels van de Groep;
- Het plan voor toezicht op de naleving (inclusief AML) ontwikkelen en uitvoeren, met een beschrijving van de uit te voeren periodieke tests, de testmethode, het te bewaren bewijsmateriaal en het op te stellen verslag;
- Het uitvoeren van tweedelijns tests en controles (met ondersteuning van de Junior Compliance Officer);
- De nalevingsaspecten van het productgoedkeurings
- en beoordelingsproces beoordelen;
- Schrijven en beheren van het jaarlijkse opleidingsprogramma inzake naleving, actualiseren van bestaand en creëren van nieuw opleidingsmateriaal over relevante onderwerpen op het gebied van naleving;
- De CCO bijstaan bij het opstellen van regelmatige en ad-hocverslagen aan het hoger management, de Raad van Bestuur en de Groep;
- De compliancefunctie intern vertegenwoordigen en samenwerken met de operationele afdelingen van ALU en AWE om de compliancecultuur te versterken;
- Ondersteuning en bijstand verlenen voor AML/KYC-gerelateerde processen (due diligence van klanten en transacties, behandeling van door de AML-tool gegenereerde waarschuwingen).
**Profile**
- Je hebt een diploma in de rechten (Bac+4/5) of in een relevant vakgebied;
- U hebt ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring in een functie op het gebied van compliance, audit, risicobeheer of interne controle, bij voorkeur in de verzekeringssector, in Luxemburg;
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Compliance Officer in Luxemburg;
- Je hebt praktische ervaring met toezicht op de naleving en/of het testen van de interne controle;
- U hebt een goed inzicht in de wet
- en regelgeving die van toepassing is op de verzekeringssector in Luxemburg;
- U hebt een goed inzicht in de wet

- Je hebt een goed inzicht in verzekeringsproducten (leven en niet-leven);
- Je hebt een goede kennis van verzekeringsproducten (leven en niet-leven); Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans en Engels;
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief te communiceren en duidelijke en accurate rapporten te schrijven;
- Je bent vlot in standaard MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
