**What you can expect to do in the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Book daily all payables, draft summary reports for approval and prepare wire transfers in Multiline
- Prepare Financial Statements, ensuring all entries are captured daily under the guidance of the Senior Associate
- Independently complete income and expense reports and calculate fees as appropriate
- Prepare and complete monthly/Quarterly Reporting Pack
- Participate in the fiscal year end audit process and provide information to auditors as required
- Escalate issues or errors in a timely manner, providing suggested solutions
- Ensure all tasks assigned are delivered as per SLA, client deadlines and meets expectations
- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met
- Assist with ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as delegated
**Must-Have Experience / Qualifications**:
- Degree in Business, or Finance
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or CA), or working towards Qualification
- You have 0-2 years of working experience in funds industry
- Knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP, Luxembourg Fund Structuring knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of Regulated and Unregulated Luxembourg Fund Structures
- English: fluent level (spoken and written), German or French would be beneficial
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Extensive knowledge of Regulated and Unregulated Luxembourg Fund Structures
- Good knowledge of accounting system Odoo, Google workspace and Microsoft Office
